From 5 Jul 2016, 2FA (2-step verification) is required when you log in to myTax Portal and EASY using SingPass. You will need to key in a One-Time Password (OTP) received via SMS or OneKey Token after logging in using your SingPass.
Please set up 2FA for your SingPass now so that you can access IRAS e-Services, such as filing of tax returns or viewing of tax bills, after 5 Jul 2016.
How to set up your SingPass 2FA
For NRIC holders:
SMS Register to 78008 and you will receive a confirmation SMS. A PIN mailer will be sent to your registered address within 7 working days.
Follow the instructions in the PIN mailer to activate your 2FA.
Note: Before you SMS, please ensure that you have already registered your mobile number with SingPass (i.e. completed one-time account update)
For FIN holders:
Please visit any OneKey Customer Care Centre personally for assistance.
